TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

1. Information on how to enter the competition and claim the prize forms part of the conditions of entry.

2. Employees of Ettason Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion commences on 1st July 2022 at 00:01 (EST) and closes on 26th September 2022 at 23:59 (EST).

4. Minimum age to enter: 18 years old

5. To enter the draw, participants need to scan the QR code printed on the prize card included in every tin of HONG KONG MX MooncakesTM (except Snowy mini 4, twin pack, single pack, character pack）, fill in the information and the Lucky Draw Number, then submit.

6. Participants who fail to fill the info and the Lucky Draw Number will lose the chance to enter the draw

7. This promotion is limited to Australia & New Zealand Only

8. Prize details are as follows:

   • First prize: One (1) winner to win cash AU$8,888.

   • Second prize: Five (5) winners to win cash AU$ 888 per person.

   • Third prize: Ten (10) winners to win cash AU$ 688 per person.

   • Weekly Prize: Two hundred (200) winners (twenty-five (25) winners per week) to win an electronic gift card, valued at AU $50.

9. Weekly prize will be drawn on every Wednesday from 20th July 2022 to 7th September 2022（8 weeks in total）. The name of winner will be published on www.ettason.com.au and Ettason WeChat account every Friday.

10. First prize, Second prize and Third prize will be drawn on 6th October 2022 at 2B Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 by the method of barrel draw.

11. The winner’s name of First prize, Second prize and Third prize will be published on the Australian Chinese Daily and The Australian on 8th Oct 2022 Saturday, and on the www.ettason.com.au

12. First Prize, Second prize and Third prize will be awarded as cash via EFT or Cheque. Weekly prize will be awarded by email.

13. For First prize, Second prize, Third prize, and Weekly prize, promoter will notify the winners by telephone and email. Winners must claim the prizes before 9th Jan 2023 Monday.

14. Any entry not received during the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdirected Entry.

15. Total prize pool for this promotion is AU$ 30,208. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other prizes.

16. The prize does not include:

(i) Any transportation to / from Ettason for collection of the prize package.

(ii) Any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner. The prize item is valued inclusive of GST and the promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values. In the event for any reason the winner does not claim the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the prize. If any prize item is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the promoter’s discretion. The promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

1. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry card. In the case of a dispute the decision of the promoter will be final.

2. In the event where the winner cannot be contacted, or if prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the draw, a re-draw will occur at 11:00 (EST) on 10th Jan 2023 Friday at 2B Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163. The winners will be notified in writing, and the name of winners will be published on www.ettason.com.au

3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries by requesting winners to provide proof of identity, residency and other suitable form of verification at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

4. Participants must retain a copy of all purchase receipts as proof of purchase. The participant must produce proof of purchase if requested by the promoter. Failure to provide this may result in the entry being deemed ineligible and the prize being forfeited.

5. All the information provided by consumers will be kept by Ettason Pty Ltd for marketing purpose only.
